• Overview 

  Taking your food & beverage product to market can be a challenge at the best of times, that is why LSBU's food technology team is offering nutritional analysis (not UKAS accredited) support. To take advantage of this consultancy offer, we will need a breakdown of the product ingredients, the quantities, and the production method. Once this information has been received, we will be able to provide a complete breakdown of all the legally required nutritional values for your product. 

   

  What this involves

  ---

  1. An initial consultation to define the scope of work, product, and customers’ needs. 
  2. LSBU's Food Technology team will work on the product and deliver on the scope of work. 
  3. A call is scheduled for documentation handover and to provide guidance on marketing claims.
• Entry requirements 

  Participants should have developed a food or beverage product, and have a detailed breakdown or ingredients, quantities and production method.

• Who is this course for? 

  This consultancy offer is focused at entrepreneurs in the FMCG sector or start up founders who have developed a food & drink product and want to gain some credibility by putting their product through testing.

• What does this course cover? 

  This offer will be comprised of an initial 1-hour consultation to understand your requirements and the product. Our food technology team will then begin work on your product and the following week a call will be scheduled to provide a breakdown of the findings and knowledge transfer. 

• What will participants achieve? 

  After the support has been provided, customers can expect a full legal breakdown of their product's nutritional values, and support on which marketing claims can be made with the results.
