In order to assess your suitability for the course and vet applicants
To provide you with information and course schedules
You will not be subject to decisions made about you solely based on automated processing, including profiling.
In order to provide enrolment and support for students on our short courses we will share your data with Powerhouse Hub, who own and manage our learning platform.
If your course is being funded by your employer we will provide them with information on your attendance and performance.
In order to process the online card payments for the course we use WPM as our payment provider and limited data will be shared with them to facilitate the payment. WPM's privacy policy is here.
Personal data on your student profile will be deleted after your profile has been inactive for 2 calendar years.
Attendance information (and the result of any assessment) will be retained for a period of 3 years from the end date of the short course after your profile has been inactive for 2 calendar years, in order to provide confirmation of attendance should it be requested by the participant in future.
The term ‘data subject’ refers to any individual person who can be identified by the information we collect and hold in connection with our learning platform.The following are your rights as a data subject in relation to the data processed under this privacy notice.
