General Information

• Registration

  You need to register with us first to book any of our courses.

  It's a very quick process. All you have to do is complete the online form (found on our homepage) and you're ready to book your courses.

• Fees and Payment

  Individual fees are shown on all our course pages, browse our courses and contact us for more information on booking and paying.

  If your employer is paying for your course they might prefer us to invoice. That's no problem, as we can register your employer on our payment system and then invoice for payment. They have 30 days from the invoice date to pay.

• Our Learning Platform

  Our new Learning Platform is where you can find relevant courses, access online learning and maintain your personal learning portfolio.

• How to find us

  We run our face to face courses in various locations on our Southwark Campus. When you book a course we will send you details of the venue and directions.

  The nearest tube is Elephant and Castle which is right next to campus. There are lots of bus routes that travel from across London and stop at Elephant and Castle. Visit our maps and travel page for more information.

• Accessibility

  For accessibility advice you can use our AccessAble guides and let us know if you need any assistance or other advice.

• Accommodation

  Unfortunately, campus accommodation is not available for our short course participants. However, our campus is very close to central London so there is a great choice of places to stay nearby.

• Our Schools

  London South Bank University is made up of seven schools offering a range of subjects – all of them with a practical, vocational focus. Many of our courses are designed and taught by Academics from these schools. You can find out more here.

• Cancellation and Refunds

  You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days after the day we email you to confirm that we accept your order for a place on the course, during which time you will be able to receive a full refund. Once we have completed the services you cannot change your mind, even if the 14 day period is still running. If you cancel after we have started the services, but within the 14 day period, you must pay us for the services provided up until the time you tell us that you have changed your mind.
