I needed help to prepare for an ultramarathon (100km) at high altitude (<3000m). The team at LSBU were great in making me acclimatised over at wo week period. They were happy to answer my man questions and got me the start line ready to race. The race went very well, finishing in 8th place overall. I would definitely recommend LSBU to anyone needing help with their sporting preprations.
