The Management Skills Award is available individually, or as a bolt-on to the Leadership and Management Organisational Learning packages. A self-contained, accredited online programme of 13 sessions, it is designed to provide managers with a firm foundation in management skills best practice. The course is accredited by The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and Continued Professional Development (CPD). The sessions are practical and interactive, and each one is designed to be completed in 20 to 25 minutes. 

Whilst the individual sessions can be used for standalone training in those subjects, to achieve the full award you must complete all 13 sessions (within a 12 week period) and complete the end of programme assessment which consists of 30 multiple choice questions.

The Management Skills Award Assessment is available at an additional rate for those with the necessary skills who wish to gain certification quickly.

This package is for Managers and Team Leaders working in Business and Management.
