The Beyond the Hype: the Wellness Revolution programme brings together a range of insightful perspectives and uses an interdisciplinary approach to dissect and explore wellness in the workplace.
This course includes a thorough exploration into economic and technological drivers and their effect on wellness as well as models that are transforming how businesses approach wellbeing at work. Participants will learn how to apply wellness strategies and how to harness smart profiling, key performance indicators and behavioural transformation.
The course will also impart guidance that will help participants understand, develop, validate and scale wellness-influenced initiatives across their respective organisations.
There are no formal entry requirements for this course. However, a general interest in wellness and human-driven approaches to technology is useful.
Beyond the Hype: the Wellness Revolution is suitable for people working in mid- to senior management level roles in any enterprise or organisation which has identified the importance of a deeper understanding of the future of wellness in the workplace.
The course is also suitable for MBA and Executive MBA (EMBA) students.
Beyond the Hype: the wellness revolution is structured over five weeks.
Sessions will be interactive, throughout the course participants will take part in team activities, workshops, presentations and feedback sessions.
By the end of the course participants will be able to understand, develop, validate and scale wellness-driven initiatives across their respective organisations.

The course will be taught entirely online via LSBU’s learning platform.
The course will total approximately 35 hours teaching time over the course’s five-week duration, and will be split into two three-and-a-half hour teaching sessions per week.
