The LiveWell Health Check provides an assessment of your overall well-being through key health measurements:

• Body Composition – Understand your body fat, muscle mass, and overall composition.
• Blood Pressure – Monitor your cardiovascular health and identify potential risks.
• Lung Function – Assess your respiratory efficiency and capacity.

• Assessment of whole-body and segmental body composition using bio-electric impedance analysis. Resting measure of blood pressure, and lung function using spirometry to determine lung volume capacity and airway efficiency.
• Printed report of results.
• Advice and guidance about lifestyle factors that influence overall well-being.

All HPC services are delivered by our trained HPC practitioners who are managed by Dr Lisa Zaidell and Dr Freya Bayne.

We will meet you at the reception area of our K2 building where our HPC clinic is located.

If you would like to book this service, please email lsbushortcourses@lsbu.ac.uk and let us know which service you are interested in and what your availability is. We will then work with you to organise a time for you to come to campus and complete the testing. Once the test has been scheduled, you can return to this website and purchase the service.

Clients may arrive up to 15 minutes late  but arrival beyond this may result in session cancellation without a refund or with a partial refund. 

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.

By booking your test, you are confirming you are fit to participate in the required tests/exercise.
