In this immersive, hands-on workshop, your group will discover the fascinating world of chocolate - from cocoa pod to silky-smooth bar. Working in LSBU’s professional kitchens, you’ll learn how to craft decadent hand-rolled truffles and create your own flavoured chocolate bars with unique inclusions.
It’s a warm, laughter-filled session that blends creativity, collaboration, and of course, plenty of chocolate tasting!
