Working alongside expert bakers from the world’s oldest bakery school, you’ll learn how to make gluten-free doughs and pastries that are flavourful, balanced, and naturally delicious - without the need for gums or stabilisers.
Throughout the session, you’ll create your own gluten-free bread, shortcrust pastry, and biscuits, guided by professional techniques that can easily be replicated at home. It’s hands-on, relaxed, and designed to help you bake with confidence and creativity.
Your group will:
Make gluten-free bread, shortcrust pastry, and biscuits from scratch
Learn key techniques for successful gluten-free baking and dough fermentation
Understand how to handle gluten-free flours and natural binders
Discover tips for achieving texture, flavour, and structure in GF products
Take home recipes and the confidence to recreate them in your own kitchen
