Introduction to SPELL is a one-day course that explores a practical, values-based framework for understanding and supporting autistic individuals. Developed by experts and autistic practitioners, the SPELL framework - Structure, Positive approaches, Empathy, Low arousal, and Links - provides a clear foundation for creating inclusive, respectful, and effective environments.
Delivered in partnership with AT-Autism, the course supports professionals across sectors in embedding strengths-based, person-centred practices into their work.
