Overview

VR/AR is a field in its infancy, making its transition from the games production industry to commercial software development.

You can gain a competitive advantage over others by adopting techniques from the more mature software sectors. A particular goldmine is user experience (UX) design. Participants will practice capturing requirements, prototyping an idea together and presenting a concept while under pressure.

This is a course for creative technologists, designers, product managers, account managers, sales people and more.

- Harness design-thinking to understand the client’s needs and translate them into a validated problem statement.
- Efficiently harness different skill-sets in a collaborative workshop. Iterate through solutions and arrive at a prototype. Learn to use tools like Miro and matchboxxr.
- Connect your prototype to the client’s business needs and user outcomes. Compete with other participants and present your idea.
